Dream“Dreaming” art by Veronica Ebert Padua

When did I stop daydreaming? It is hard to pinpoint the moment. Reality started seeping into my daydreams until they turned into nightmares – or should that be “daymares?” I lost the ability to let go and enjoy impossible situations. Then I just stopped daydreaming completely. I think we have a need to let our imagination run wild without limitations. There is the danger of escaping reality altogether, but if we use our daydreams wisely, the impossible may just become a reality.

“Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.” – St. Francis of Assisi
